What surfaces are safe to pressure wash?

Why should I pressure wash?

How often should I pressure wash my property?
There is no one definitive answer that we can give for this question. The frequency of your pressure clean ups will depend on a number of factors including the location of your commercial or industrial property and the activities you are involved in on a daily. Our team can give you a more accurate answer after a proper evaluation of your site.
Are you insured?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I CALL FOR A FREE QUOTE?
You should expect to speak with our owner, who will review and discuss your request. He will explain what to expect in the process. You would then receive either a verbal quote or a written proposal via email, whichever you prefer. Should you decide to use our services, our scheduler would contact you to set up an appointment for the service.
WHAT ARE THE BLACK STREAKS ON MY GUTTERS AND CAN THEY BE REMOVED?
The black streaks on your gutters are in the oxidation layer of the paint. They can be removed with the correct chemicals.
I’VE HEARD THAT PRESSURE WASHING IS BAD FOR A ROOF. IS THIS TRUE?
This depends on quality of roof. Poor quality roofs should not be pressure washed as it can void any warranty on your roof. At Extreme Clean Sunshine Coast House Washing and Pressure Cleaning we will asses the quality of the roof and give you our informed decision as to wether it should be cleaned. We can also use a Low-Pressure Roof Cleaning soft wash method with limited pressure applied.
MY DECK AND/OR FENCE ARE GREY, CAN IT BE CLEANED?
Yes it can be cleaned. Wood can turn grey when it is weathered. It can be brought back to its natural beauty with our services.
WILL YOUR CHEMICALS DAMAGE MY HOME OR PLANTS?
No, all of our chemicals are eco-friendly. We also take special care to pre-wet all plants and landscaping and rinse when we are completed.
SHOULD MY DRIVEWAY / PATHWAYS BE CLEANED?
Yes they should. The algae and mildew can make these surfaces slippery and hazardous. These elements can also be tracked into your home creating an unhealthy environment.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME?
We would recommend cleaning every 12-24 months. Every home is on a case by case basis, however, depending on the elements surrounding the home.
WILL PRESSURE WASHING DAMAGE MY HOME?
No it will not. We can use a low pressure cleaning method which is no different than a rainfall in combination with the right chemicals if that is the best option, however sometimes the higher powered pressure cleaning method is needed to acheive the desired results.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE SERVICE?
No you do not. We ask that all doors and windows are closed, and for the outside water source to be on. We also ask that all outdoor furniture is moved away from the surface to be cleaned.
